Our Management Structure

Governing Council
The Governing Council serves as the highest decision-making body of the polytechnic, overseeing policy formulation, financial management, and strategic direction. It ensures that the institution remains aligned with national and global educational standards.
The Rector
As the Chief Executive Officer, the Rector provides leadership and direction for the polytechnic, ensuring the implementation of policies and academic programs. The Rector also chairs key academic and administrative boards, driving innovation and institutional development.
Deputy Rector
The Deputy Rector assists in the day-to-day administration of the polytechnic and acts in the Rector’s capacity when necessary, ensuring smooth academic and operational functions.
The Registrar
The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for policy implementation, records management, and serving as the secretary to the Governing Council and Academic Board.
The Bursar
The Bursar oversees the financial management of the polytechnic, ensuring accountability in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
The Librarian
The Polytechnic Librarian manages the institution’s library resources, supporting research, teaching, and learning by providing access to academic materials.
